It is located in a secure gated community
This house has, 6 bedrooms,6.5 bathrooms including the master bedroom.
Master bedroom with a king bed, with his and hers walking closet, and full bathroom, shower, double sink and of course the toilet.
2 junior suites with queen beds walking closet and full bathroom, shower, sink and toilet and each with twins size convertible sofa beds.
2 rooms with queen beds, a regular closet and full bathroom, shower, sink and toilet and each with twins size convertible sofa beds.
2 main living spaces divided in the formal area, which includes formal dining room and formal living room.
The other living space includes a family room next to the kitchen, this family rooms has a seating area with breakfast area as well. This room includes a Bose surround system, Apple TV, local and satellite cable and DVD player.
The kitchen is a professional kitchen with a 48” stove with double oven, 4 gas burners, one grill and one griddle.
There are three wood fireplaces, in the formal living room, family room and in the master bedroom.
There is one outdoor shower next to a dry sauna.
The terrace has a direct view to the Agua volcano and to Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes.
There is a terrace with and outdoor heated Jacuzzi for eight overlooking the volcano.
On the terrace we have a BBQ area to be use with wood or charcoal, we can provide you with both.
The house has Wi-Fi connection.
2 staff member, for cleaning and light cooking,
There are three water fountains, one right in the middle of the house which is very traditional.
We can provide you with coffee every morning and local fruits.
If you need a shuttle to take you from the airport to Antigua I can help you with that aswell.
We have ironing board, hair dryer, full washer and dryer.

Summary: We stayed at this house as part of our Christmas/New Year travels to Antigua. This property exceeded our expectations for a large family gathering. There was ample bedrooms, property and rooms spacious and well spread out so people were not constantly on top of each other. The property we very well outfitted clearly cared for very well. Various relaxation areas, most with a great view on any of the 3 Vulcano's in the surrounding. Fuego making for a favorite viewing spectacle at night. Last but not least the house staff in attendance was wonderful and very attentive while "not being in the way" or too prominently around. With no Spanish language skills in our party it all worked out well and they catered and cared for us in an exceptional attentive way (we would not have know what to do with that fish we brought home deep sea fishing and they turned into a wonderful treat!) Would I go back or recommend for any Friends of Family! Yes - For Sure.

Summary: I work in Antigua several times a year and wanted to share this amazing little town with my family and extended family. I rented this for 15 of us for the holidays. This house is beyond anything I could have dreamt. Beautiful gardens, stunning views, romantic lighting, tons of great outdoor furniture... I could go on and on. The staff helped us cook dinner twice and cleaned up everything. (We left a nice tip!) Erick is incredibly easy to work with and very kind. You will not be disappointed!
